This is a used part that has been cleaned, tested and inspected to ensure quality. 21×1.6. This is an OEM hub on a D.I.D rim band. The spokes are all tight and there are no flat spots. There is a very minor wobble but it should not even be noticable with a good knobby tire mounted. Normal signs of wear and use but nothing excessive. Plan on servicing with new wheel bearings while its already off of the bike.
