- Centers the rocker plate eliminating different wear patterns on the rocker arm valve
- Tapered design so that they lock themselves in and wedge the bolt shaft in place
- Eliminates the gap between the rocker arm shaft and bolt
- Will not cure a bad lifter, tensioner, or noisy cam
- Stops the Harley rocker arm tick
